Each product on our website has two sets of purchase buttons, the first are yellow and give prices for delivery to the UK. The second set of buttons are in blue, show an EU flag, and give the prices for delivery to countries within the EU.
We send you an automated Order Confirmation email immediately upon receiving payment. You will also get an email from our online bank - WorldPay - to confirm the transaction was successful. If you do not get your order confirmation email it is possible you have entered your email address incorrectly, in which case simply email us at admin at treasureyourhealth.co.uk and we will reply with a copy of your Order Confirmation.
Orders placed after midday on Friday, at the weekend, or on a UK national holiday will be posted on the next working day.
We email you the same day to confirm that your order is on its way and to confirm the method of delivery. If for any reason we cannot post your order on time then we will email you with an explanation.
Almost all orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 delivery, so will usually be with you in 2 - 3 working days after we post them. If you require your order more quickly then please ask us for a free upgrade to Royal Mail 24 which is a 1 - 2 working day delivery service.
Orders over the Royal Mail Small Parcel weight limit of 2Kg will be sent by courier, usually by ParcelForce, for next day delivery. Courier delivery will require a signature. Your "Order is on its way" email will give you the tracking details for courier delivery.
Please note that whether your order is delivered by Royal Mail or by courier there is no delivery charge.
